When I started out as a doula, I was deeply passionate, newly certified… and completely overwhelmed. I had the training and the heart—but no idea how to turn it into a real business. I spent hours buried in my laptop, writing contracts from scratch, Googling how to run a prenatal meeting, asking questions in Facebook groups, and second-guessing every step along the way.
